How do I restore my purchase?

Open Lighthouse, go to Settings, and choose “Restore purchases.” Make sure you’re signed in to the same app store account you used to buy your subscription. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and we’ll help sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@keldontech.online from the address linked to your account. We’ll remove your account along with the reflections and strengths associated with it.

How do I report a bug?

Email support@keldontech.online with a short description of what happened and, if you can, what you were doing right before. Screenshots and your device model help us fix things faster.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by the app store you downloaded Lighthouse from, so refunds are requested through that store’s support. If you’re unsure how, email us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
